DYNAMIC IMPLICATIONS OF SUPRAMOLECULAR CHEMISTRY

We are aiming for a deeper understanding of the interplay between kinetics and thermodynamics in various chemical systems.

Our specializations

  • Folding and self-organization of bio-inspired foldamers and macrocycles
  • Force spectroscopy of biopolymers
  • Chiral symmetry breaking
  • Dynamic combinatorial chemistry

Our instruments

We use the following instruments

  • Teledyne Isco CombiFlash
  • Agilents
  • Biotage Initiator
  • Solvent Purification System
  • 500 MHz NMR

Prospective students

The classes I teach include introductory and advanced Organic Chemistry courses and an advanced graduate course on Supramolecular Chemistry. Currently, I am involved in the teaching and development of a shared course dedicated to NanoChemistry.
