Principal Component Analysis (PCA)

Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is a widely used multivariate analysis technique across biology and most other disciplines, including the sciences, humanities, and the arts. It serves a variety of purposes such as data reduction, visualization, pattern recognition, and data mining, among others.
