In Biostatistics — as in most disciplines — we need to learn to talk before we can walk!
Grasping concepts in any field involves understanding specific terminology, and statistics and biostatistics are no different. In Lecture 2, we will introduce the fundamental vocabulary essential for learning biostatistics and thriving in this course. With practice, these terms will become second nature. For now, focus on familiarizing yourself with the terminology—you’ll find it indispensable!
