Analysis of Variance (ANOVA)

Analysis of variance (ANOVA) is one of the most widely used statistical frameworks, capable of handling data and designs ranging from simple to highly complex. In BIOL322, we focus on its simplest design, which enables the comparison of means across multiple groups (often referred to as ‘treatments,’ as we will discuss in the lecture).
