Graphs: The art of designing information

An essential part of statistics is the representation of data through graphs, which can vary from simple to highly complex depending on the data and research design. In this lecture and the accompanying materials, we will explore the fundamentals of graphing and best practices for effectively conveying information. What makes a graph effective or misleading? How can two graphs, based on the same data, lead to different interpretations? By addressing these questions, we’ll gain a deeper understanding of the impact of visual representation in data analysis.
