Two-sample testing and associated study designs

In this lecture we will develop further knowledge about the effect of sample sizes on statistical hypothesis testing. One important element is that the statistical power of tests increase with sample size. In this lecture we also cover different types of study designs (paired versus independent designs) and associated statistical testing frameworks for studies involving two samples.
